Resident Rent Assistance Resource Hub for Property Managers
Financial Support Resources now offers a resident financial assistance resource service for multifamily property managers. The objective is simple: help residents find credible local starting points when they fall behind on rent, without requiring your team to implement another platform.
Commercial provider: Financial Support Resources is the customer-facing publication and service brand. Institutional service agreements and invoices are issued by Empire Palace Group Inc.. Contracts, scope, payment terms and any applicable tax documentation are provided during client onboarding.
The $299/month partner pilot
For a month-to-month introductory price of $299, participating property managers receive a co-branded city-specific resident guide, a ready-to-share QR-code flyer, and a monthly review of featured program information. Initial assets are delivered within five business days after we receive your approved branding and the list of cities or properties.
What residents get
A free guide with official starting points for local emergency rent assistance, homelessness prevention services, tenant legal resources, and related programs. The NYC sample includes links to HRA's One Shot Deal, Homebase, the Tenant Helpline, and ACCESS NYC resources.
How you use it
Add the flyer or guide to resident communications, share the link with staff, or provide it voluntarily as an extra resource alongside your existing processes. Residents are never charged to view these resources. The guide does not require a resident account or disclosure of sensitive documents to Financial Support Resources.
Important boundaries
We curate information and maintain communication materials. We do not guarantee assistance, assess residents' individual eligibility, provide legal advice, replace trained housing counselors, or contact agencies on behalf of tenants. Availability and program requirements may change.
Request a sample
Email pete@altruismlab.com with your property management company and the cities you serve, and ask for the two-page NYC sample and the pilot one-pager. We will respond with details about scope and onboarding. Learn more about our public financial assistance guides at financialsupportresources.com.
