Financial Wellness Resource Kits for HR, Credit Unions and Nonprofits
Your HR department, credit union, employee assistance team or nonprofit program should not have to build a financial-emergency resource library from scratch. Financial Support Resources can prepare co-branded, location-specific resource sheets that point people to official programs, eligibility information and reputable free services. The recipient pays nothing to read the information.
A focused use case
When an employee faces an unexpected rent increase, utility shutoff notice, job loss or food insecurity, staff often have to search across public agency sites. Our kit assembles a clear starting map of official resources to make that referral process easier.
We are a publishing and research service. We do not substitute for an employee assistance program, benefit counselor, attorney, social worker or agency caseworker. We cannot guarantee an award or determine an individual's eligibility.
What is in a resource kit
A short downloadable PDF with region-specific assistance categories, official links, date of review and practical next steps; a companion QR flyer; and a distribution note explaining what staff can say without giving legal or financial advice.
A typical initial scope covers rent and housing stabilization, energy and utility assistance, nutrition assistance and free community referrals in a selected location. Topic coverage and local applicability are agreed before work starts.
Three ways to engage
One-time launch kit: proposed $750 for one metro area, one PDF guide, one QR flyer and one review cycle before delivery. Multi-location rollout: priced by the number of cities and language requirements. Monthly resource-maintenance retainer: proposed from $300 per month per agreed region, for periodic link and program-status checks and an update note.
These are proposed rates, subject to actual requirements and a written statement of work. Ongoing service is not included in the one-time kit unless contracted. Translation, hotline coverage, benefits application completion and individual case management are not included by default.
How we protect trust
Free assistance links are not hidden behind a paid membership. The kit is informational, dated and sourced to official program pages. Sponsored services, if any, must be separate and disclosed.
Organizations must not distribute a kit as if it came from a government office. We do not collect residents' Social Security numbers, account details or medical documentation to deliver these templates.
