Institutional Resident Financial Assistance Partnerships
Help residents and members find real financial assistance without adding another software system. Financial Support Resources offers co-branded, location-specific resource information for property managers, credit unions, employers and resident-service organizations. Individual help guides remain free.
Commercial provider: Financial Support Resources is the customer-facing publication and service brand. Institutional service agreements and invoices are issued by Empire Palace Group Inc.. Contracts, scope, payment terms and any applicable tax documentation are provided during client onboarding.
Who this is for
Multifamily housing and affordable-housing operators that want useful, consistent resident information across multiple properties.
Credit unions and community-oriented employers that want trustworthy financial emergency information for members or employees, beyond generic financial literacy articles.
What an institutional partnership includes
An agreed list of service areas and topics such as rental assistance, food benefits, utilities, housing stabilization, and community services.
Resident-facing guides with official source links, program eligibility caveats, update dates and contact instructions. Branded print flyers, QR codes, and distribution-ready content for your staff.
Scheduled monthly checks of the included resources, a change log, and a short usage summary only when permitted aggregate tracking is available. Financial Support Resources does not ask residents to upload sensitive eligibility documents.
Pilot: $299/month
One city or metro area, an introductory co-branded resident guide, a shareable flyer and one resource-link review each month. Best for a regional proof of concept. The first-month pilot may be paid separately using the public pilot checkout.
Regional partnership: from $2,500/month
Proposed scope: up to five metro areas, one standard resident guide per area, bilingual-friendly templates where translated material is separately reviewed, co-branded flyers, and monthly verification/check logs. Final schedule and scope are agreed in a proposal before billing.
Portfolio partnership: from $5,000/month
Proposed scope: up to 15 metropolitan areas, one standard resident guide per area, portfolio-wide printable and digital distribution materials, monthly content maintenance reviews, and a consolidated operational recap. Final scope and service levels require written agreement.
National partnership: custom proposal (starting around $10,000/month)
Multi-region resident resource library, prioritized research requests, branded distribution formats and contracted update responsibilities. Exact geographic coverage, staffing, languages, accuracy review cadence and any reporting are negotiated with each organization.
Why the service is designed this way
We do not sell residents' personal information, refer vulnerable readers to high-cost emergency credit, rank assistance programs according to sponsorship fees or promise that an application will be approved. Our objective is to reduce the time needed to locate official starting points for help.
An organization's fees pay for research, curation, customization and maintenance. They do not buy the right to change independent editorial guidance.
What you can expect before signing
We will review your regions and existing resident communication process, share a representative guide, define review frequency and named deliverables, and provide a written scope with pricing. We do not provide legal advice, benefits adjudication, direct case management, application filing or guaranteed rent-collection results.
Request a proposal
Email pete@altruismlab.com with your organization, estimated number of properties or members, and target metro areas. Subject: FSR institutional partnership. We will propose a right-sized pilot or institutional resource package.
