Financial Help in Phoenix: Every FSR Guide in One Place (2026–27)

Phoenix residents can reach 2-1-1 Arizona, a program of Solari, which lists more than 8,500 local and statewide resources, from rent and utility help to food boxes and shelter. In summer, the line also gives current information on heat relief centers, and those hours (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) are posted on its site because locations change often. The site and its heat-relief notices are also published in Spanish.

2-1-1 Arizona also has a searchable online directory and a custom resource guide tool on its website if you would rather not call. The guides below cover Phoenix move-in costs and security deposits, the eviction steps, rent increase rules, APS and SRP bill help, and free tax preparation through the City of Phoenix, plus local church help.

Sources: 2-1-1 Arizona (Solari). Checked October 19, 2026.
