Financial Help in Miami: Every FSR Guide in One Place (2026–27)
In Miami-Dade, 211 Miami runs a 24/7 helpline that connects people with community resources and also offers emotional support and crisis intervention. Dial 211, call the alternative number (305) 631-4211, or text your ZIP code to 898211.
When the problem is legal rather than a missing payment, such as an eviction filing, a benefits denial or a debt lawsuit, Legal Services of Greater Miami provides free civil legal services to low-income residents of Miami-Dade and Monroe counties, and you can apply for services through its website. Contact them as soon as court papers arrive rather than waiting for the hearing date. The guides below cover Miami-Dade eviction steps, deposit and rent increase rules, FPL bill help, senior property tax exemptions, condo special assessments and local church help.
